Just let the time complete another 30/10 set before beginning the next round. After you complete all five exercises you can take a 40 second rest before starting it all over again. As the body ages, muscle tone diminishes, but many exercises can restore this tone. Go for 3-5 rounds total and I’d recommend doing this workout no more than 2-3 times per week. Bat wings are more common in older adults and people who are overweight.
